Catholic priest Fr Gianfrancesco Sisto. The Zambian dishes where prepared by Zambian Catholic priest Fr Vincent Banda currently in Brussels for a three months training in Missionary work. To understand different cultures each Missionary is asked to prepare a meal and say something about their country.
